PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Roger Lynn Bilbrey was born on December 27, 1961 to the late Roy Bilbrey and Nellie Lee (Dixon) Bilbrey in Indiana.

SURVIVORS: 1 Sister: Brenda Bilbrey; 1 Niece: Angela Bilbrey; 2 Nephews: Shawn Bilbrey and Thomas Bowman.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: His Parents.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Roger Lynn Bilbrey will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 2 PM in the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Carter-Bilbrey cemetery in Rickman, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 11 AM until 2 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Bobby Roberts.
