Visitation and Services
Services are to be held on Friday May 11, 2012 at 2 PM from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home in Livingston. Burial will follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5-9 PM and on Thursday from 9 AM until 9 PM. Bro. John Copeland will officiate.

Mr. Luther Randall Stamps age 42 of Livingston, TN passed away at Livingston Regional Hospital on Monday May 7, 2012. Mr. Luther Randall Stamps was born in Nashville, TN on June 1, 1969 to Betty Vechel (Bilyeu) Stamps and the late Luther Washington Stamps. He is survived by: 1 Daughter: Emma Jean Stamps; Mother: Betty Vechel Stamps; 5 Sisters: Betty Faye Massingille and husband Johnny, Kimmie Bilbrey and David Melton, Tina Marie Dixon and husband Bruce, Rita Mae Daniels and husband Adam, and Rachael Lea Stamps; 1 Brother: Ricky James Stamps and wife Jean; 4 Nieces: Stacy Marie Huddleston and husband Patrick, Crystal Dixon, Tosha Daniels, and Telsy Daniels; 3 Nephews: Tommy Lee Daniels and wife Ashley, Troy Lee Daniels, and Lucas Daniels; and several great nieces and nepews also survive. He was preceded in death by: Father: Luther Washington Stamps; Grandparents: Harley and Christine Bilyeu and Wilker and Alpha Stamps; 1 Sister: Vechel Kay Stamps; and 1 Nephew: Jonathan Ray Dixon.
