DECEASED: Mrs. Linda Faye Gunnels Smith age 62 of Allons, TN passed away at her residence on Friday morning, August 15, 2014 with her family by her side.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Linda Faye Gunnels Smith was born in Allons, Overton Co., TN on July 17, 1952 to Betty Gunnels Marriott and the late Howard Gunnels. She was a member of the Allons Church of Christ in Allons, TN.

SURVIVORS: Husband: Paul Bruce Smith of Allons, TN 1 Daughter: Tonie Smith and her husband Mike of Monroe, TN Mother: Betty Marriott and her husband Ronald of Anderson, Ind and 1 Sister: Shelia Walker of Anderson, Ind and 3 Brothers: Billy Gunnels of Anderson, Ind and Ronald Savage of Anderson, Ind and Rick Savage of the Philippines.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her father Howard Gunnels, she is also preceeded by her loving son Brian Scott Smith.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held Mrs. Linda Faye Smith on Sunday evening, August 17, 2014 @ 2pm from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Overton Co. Memorial Gardens in Livingston, Overton Co., TN family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 16, 2014 5pm to 9pm. Officiating will be Bro. Allen Judd. Family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Allons Church of Christ Building Fund and the Millard Vaughn Oakley Library in Livingston, TN.
