DECEASED: Mr. Roger Lee Whited age 57 of Rickman passed away at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center on Wednesday night, August 15, 2018.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Roger Lee Whited was born in Byrdstown, Pickett Co., TN on December 21, 1960. Roger served his country in the Army National Guard. He attended Rickman Freewill Baptist Church. Roger will be greatly missed by his family and all that knew him.

SURVIVORS: Wife of 24 years: Ronetta Whited of Rickman; 3 daughters: Casey and husband Richard Clark of Baxter, Janetta and husband Andrew Wilson of Monterey, Kristen and husband Cory Burgess of Crossville; 5 grandchildren: Lyla Burgess, Lucius Burgess, Thomas Clark, Gracie Wilson, Dakota Wilson; 2 Brothers: Herbert Whited of Livingston, Freddie Bledsoe of Monroe; 1 Sister-in-law: Terri Bledsoe of Rickman; 3 Sisters: Wanda and husband Pete Gilley of Hilham, Thelma Taylor of Portland Indiana, Jennie Greenwood of Livingston

PRECEDED IN DEATH: Father: Joel Clemons Whited: Mother and Stepfather: Dorthy and Fred Bledsoe; Brothers: Frankie Bledsoe, Kirby Whited.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Roger Lee Whited will be held Sunday, August 19, 2018 at 3 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with military honors held by James T. Davis post # 5062. The family has chosen cremation after the service. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday morning August 19, 2018 1 PM to 3 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Bobby Roberts.
