DECEASED: Mr. McCoy Ledbetter age 89 of Cookeville, TN passed away on Monday, June 15, 2015 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. McCoy Ledbetter was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on August 14, 1925 to the late James Robert and Malissia Neal Ledbetter. McCoy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.
He loved everybody and made many friends by stories of his experiences in life. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and proudly served his country in World War II. He was a Mater Mason of the Palestine Lodge 357 for 64 years in Detroit, Michigan.

SURVIVORS: Wife of 66 years: Reba Poston Ledbetter of Cookeville, TN. Grandson: Jayson Saputo and wife Jill of Michigan. 4 Great Grandchildren: Savannah, Ella, Joseph McCoy, Brittyn Saputo. 4 Sisters: Reba Koontz and husband Gene, Ruth Roberson, Flossie Bowman, Betty Walker and husband Larry.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his Parents: 1 Daughter: Brenda Gail Saputo. 1 Grandson: Jeffery Saputo. 3 Brothers: Thomas Ledbetter, Bob Frank Ledbetter, Johnny Ledbetter. 1 Sister: Sarah Louise Netherton. 5 infant siblings.

PALLBEARERS: Tom Walker, Jim Roberson, Robert Ledbetter, Frank Bowman, Tim Walker, Wyatt Bowman, Jim Poston, Larry Walker.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held for Mr. McCoy Ledbetter on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 1 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Okolona Cemetery in Overton Co., TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 starting at 11 AM until service time. Officiating will be Bro. Roger Cooper and Bro. Jim Roger. The family has requested that in Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Okolona Cemetery Fund by contacting Union Bank & Trust Company in Livingston, TN or Hall Funeral Home of Livingston.
