PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Lawrence Elmer Smith was born in Campbellsville, Kentucky on November 21, 1948 to the late Willis and Violet Carter Smith.

SURVIVORS: 2 Sons: Lawrence Kelly Smith of Big Stone Gap, Virginia, Brian Buck of Livingston, TN 1 Daughter: Courtney Hay and Husband Nathan of Pennington Gap, Virginia. 3 Sisters: Brenda Eldridge and Husband Joe of Livingston, TN Pat Qualls of Sparta, TN Linda Smith of Cookeville, TN 2 Brothers: Bobby Smith of Loudon, TN Jimmy Smith of Livingston, TN Step Mother: Mary Stover of Livingston, TN 3 Grandchildren: Austin Buck, Noah Buck, Logan Gabriel Hay. Fiancé and caregiver: Margaret Brown of Livingston, TN A host of nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Services for Lawrence Elmer Smith will be held Sunday, March16, 2014 at 2PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Campground Cemetery in Overton Co. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening, March 15, 2014 5PM to 9PM . Officiating will be Bro. Nathan Hay
