DECEASED: Mr. Homer L. Mabe age 81 of Cookeville, Putnam Co., TN passed from this life on Monday, May 16, 2022 from this Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Homer L. Mabe was born in Algood, Putnam Co., TN on Wednesday, March 26, 1941 to the late Alvin and Mary Ethel (Harness) Mabe. Homer was a hard worker for his family, and he loved them very much.   His family and friends will miss him greatly.

SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Kathy Mabe; 1 Son: Keith Mabe and his wife Carmen Mabe; 1 Granddaughter: Summer Mabe; 3 Brothers: Gene Mabe and his wife Carolyn, Donald Mabe and his wife Wilma, Gary Mabe and his wife Brenda; 1 Sister In-Law: Betty Mabe; A host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents; Wife: Mary Jane Mabe; 2 Sisters: Anna Ruth Gentry, Hilda Joyce Kirkland; 4 Brothers: John Everett Mabe, Billy Mabe, Alvin Mabe, Jr., Jerry Mabe.

SERVICES/BURIAL: A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 2 PM from the Unity Church on 10th Street in Cookeville, TN. The family will welcome friends at the 2 PM service at the church.
