Deceased: Mr. Knox "Junior" Cowan, Jr. age 71 of Cookeville, TN passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Personal Info: Mr. Knox Cowan, Jr. better known as Junior was born in Algood, Putnam Co., TN to the late Knox Lee and Vela Belle Carr Cowan on February 02, 1944. He was a truck driverand also a member of the Netherland Church of Christ..
SURVIVORS: Wife: Karen Cowan. 3 Sons: Wynn Cowan, Kevin Cowan, Kenric Cowan. 1 Daughter: Camellia Stanfield. 1 Sister: Nora Ann Pullum. 1 Brother: Alfred Cowan. 5 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: In addition to his parents: 1 Brother: Willie Howard Cowan. 2 Sisters: Mary Frances Flatt and Thelma Lee Palk.

Services / Burial: Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 18, 2015 at 2 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston with burial to follow in the Netherland Cemetery in Overton Co., TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, October 17, 2015 starting at 5 PM to 9 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Paul Wilmoth and Bro. Teston Gilpartick.
