PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Kimmie Lee Stamps Bilbrey was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN to Betty Vechel (Bilyeu) Stamps and the late Luther Washington Stamps on April 11, 1965.
SURVIVORS: Husband: Bill Bilbrey; Mother: Betty Stamps; Brother: Ricky Stamps and wife Jean; 4 Sisters: Betty Faye Massingille, Tina Dixon and husband Bruce, Rita Daniels and husband Adam, Rachel Stamps and Jacob Carmack. A host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
PRECEDED IN DEATH: Father: Luther Washington Stamps; Sister: Vechel Kay Stamps; 1 Brother: Luther Randall Stamps; Grandparents: Harley and Christine Bilyeu and Wilker and Alpha Stamps. Nephew: Jonahthan Ray Dixon; Brother In-law: Johnny Ray Massingille.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Kimmie Lee Bilbrey will be held Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 2 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, February 26, 2016 starting at 6 PM to 9 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Aron Dillon.
