SURVIVORS: 3 Daughters: Vivian Ward and her husband Jerry of Cookeville, TN Elizabeth Dennis of Cookeville, TN Amy Roberts of Cookeville, TN 3 Sisters: Flo Reels of Rickman, TN Ruby Livingston of Rickman, TN Sharon Reels of Cookeville, TN 7 Grandchildren: Zachary Taylor, Hillary Carnel, Holly Beth Roberts, Gabby Roberts, Grace Roberts, Katherine Roberts, Andrew Roberts.

Services / Burial: Services will be held Monday, February 4, 2013 at 2 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Bearcreek Cemetery in Putnam Co. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday morning 11 AM till time of services at 2PM Officiating will be Bro. Jerry Blair
