DECEASED: Mrs. Juanita McCormick age 76 of the Rickman Community passed away on Thursday morning, March 6, 2014 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Juanita McCormick was born in Livingston, TN on May 29, 1937 to the late Ethel McCormick.

SURVIVORS: 1 Son: William Carew Jr. and Wife Sarah of Cookeville, TN 2 Daughters: Betty Jackson and Husband Clinton of Chatsworth, Georgia and Florence Vandehrck of California. 7 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: 1 Son: Frank Carew and 1 Daughter: Cynthia Carew.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Juanita McCormick will be held Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 11 AM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Harris Chapel Cemetery in Overton Co. TN family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening, March 7, 2014 6 pm to 9pm. Officiating will be Bro. Ricky Dixon.
