DECEASED: Mrs. Reba Joyce Flatt age 80 of Cookeville, Putnam Co., TN passed from this life on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Reba Joyce Flatt was born on Sunday, September 22, 1940 to the late Earnest and Ocia (Rice) Burgess in Baxter, Putnam Co., TN. Reba was a member of the Bussell Church of Christ. She was loved by her family, and was very special to them. She loved meeting and talking to people, that is what made her a great Avon sales lady. She sure will be missed.

SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Phyllis Kilgore and her husband Matthew; 2 Granddaughters: Kendria and Laney Kilgore; 2 Grandsons: Billy Tucker and wife Chelsea, Seth Kilgore and wife Whitlee; 4 Great Grandchildren: Ava, Cash, and Sadie Tucker, Mattie Kilgore; 1 Brother: Wayne Burgess; 1 Sister: Cleo Cole; Nieces and Nephews: Stan and Greg Cole, David Helms, Pat Taylor, Debbie Martin, Amy Jenkins, Roberta Burgess, Pam Kozlowski, Robert Burgess, Barbra Burgess Banner; A host of Great nieces, and nephews, along with a host of family and friends also survive.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her parents; Husband: James Flatt; 2 Sisters: Ruby Helms, Ruthie Boyd; 2 brothers: Dillon Burgess, Dean Burgess; 1 Great Niece: Ryan Cole.

PALLBEARERS: Billy Tucker, Seth Kilgore, Matthew Kilgore, Greg Cole, Stan Cole, Kenny Taylor.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Reba Joyce Flatt will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 12 Noon from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Stewart Cemetery located in Putnam Co., TN. Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Friday evening, January 15 ^th starting at 5 PM until 8 PM. Officiating the service will be Bro. Luke Wilken.
