Mr. Joe Douglas Collins age 57 of Cookeville passed away at Livingston Regional Hospital on Thursday morning, December 21, 2017.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Joe Douglas Collins was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on May 25, 1960 to Oleta Smith Collins and the late Roy Lee Collins. Joe was a machine operator at Parker Seals for many years. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren that he called his pride and joy.

SURVIVORS: Mr. Collins is survived by his wife, Dian Collins; Beloved Mother: Oleta Collins and Luke Coffee. 5 Children: Kyle & wife Casey Collins of Rickman, TN,  Adam Collins & Amanda Belyew of Goodlettsville, TN, Hunter, Hannah and Jessica Dailey of Rickman, TN; 2 Grandchildren: Connor and Kieran Collins; Cousin: Elaine & Milton Maxfield; Aunts & Uncles: Truman & Reva Brown and Marie & Richard Sullivan, Special Friends: Jayson Ledbetter, Dwayne York, Dustin Vaughn, Johnny Lee, Travis Duke and many more friends, The Parker Seals family and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held for Mr. Joe Douglas Collins on Saturday, December, 23, 2017 at 2 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Fellowship Cemetery in Allons Community of Overton Co., TN Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening, December 22, 2017 starting at 6 PM to 9 PM. Officiating will be Bro. John Mabrey and Bro. Denton Hummel.
