PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Jessie Ilene Staggs Pryor was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on March 27, 1953 to the late T.V. Staggs and the late Julie Jane Dixon Staggs Hargis.

Staggs and wife Pauline of Livingston, TN 2 Half Sisters: Zina Bilbrey of Allons, TN Lisa Bowman of Rickman, TN 3 half Brothers: Don Staggs, Jeff Staggs, Jim Staggs all of Rickman, TN

SERVICES/BURIAL: Services for Mrs. Jessie I. Pryor will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2015 @ 1pm from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Carter-Bilbrey Cemetery in Overton Co. Family will receive friends @ the funeral home on Wednesday evening, January 7, 2015 5pm to 9pm. Officiating will be Bro. Nolan Cantrell and Bro. Ricky Dixon.
