DECEASED: Mr. Jerry Dwight Collins age 62 of Livingston passed away at his residence on Friday morning, November 13, 2015.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Jerry Dwight Collins was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on April 21, 1953 to Oleta Smith Collins and the late Roy Lee Collins. Jerry was a school teacher for 26 years.
SURVIVORS: Mother: Oleta Collins. Brother: Joe Collins and his wife Dian. 3 Nephews: Adams Collins, Kyle Collins, Hunter Dailey. 2 Nieces: Hannah Dailey, Jessica Dailey. Great Uncle: Conner Lee Collins.
PRECEEDED IN DEATH: Father: Roy Lee Collins

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held for Mr. Jerry Dwight Collins on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at 1 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Fellowship Cemetery in Allons Community of Overton Co., TN Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, November 14, 2015 starting at 4 PM to 9 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Carlie Conner.
