DECEASED: Mr. Jerrell W. Qualls age 72 of Livingston, TN passed away on Saturday, August 06, 2016 at the Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, TN.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Jerrell W. Qualls was born in Fort Benning, GA on January 27, 1944 to the late Willmoth Clyde and Edith E. Savage Qualls. Jerrell worked on road construction and was a member of the Hilham Church of Christ.
SURVIVORS: 1 Son: Donnie Wayne Qualls; 5 Sisters: Jean Smith, Joann Winningham, Carolyn Qualls, Janis Mullins, June Neal; 3 Brothers: Clyde Qualls, Donald Qualls, James Qualls; Special Friend: Helen Smith; 2 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren.
PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents: 1 Brother: Johnny Wayne Qualls.
SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Jerrell W. Qualls will be held Monday, August 8, 2016 at 10 AM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Walnut grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, August 7, 2016 starting at 6 PM to 9 PM. Officiating the service will be Bro. John Mabry and Bro. Roger Bybee.
