DECEASED: Mr. James Cantrell age 76 of Livingston, Overton Co., TN passed away from this life at Saint Thomas West in Nashville, TN on Friday, July 12, 2019.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. James Cantrell was born Allred, Overton Co., TN to the late Hardy & Ethel (Hammock) Cantrell. James served in the Army. He loved his wife and children, grandchildren and great grandchildren very much. He will be greatly missed.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Brenda C. Cantrell; 1 Daughter: Melissa Sells; 3 Sons: Chris Cantrell, John S. Phillips and wife Honeyleen, William Cantrell; 1 Sister: Edith Loftis; 5 Grandchildren: Matthew Hammock and wife Lyndsey, Brittney Maynord and husband Cody, Ashley Cummings and husband Michael, Courtney Voss and husband Lucas, Kylie Phillips; 9 Great Grandchildren: Jaxon Cummings, Paxton Anderson, Braylee Rudd, Daxton Rudd, Berklee Maynord, Bryson Hammock, Levi Hammock, Carter Hammock, Lillian Hammock.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents; 1 Son: Steve Paul Murphy; 5 Sisters: Auda Ledbetter, Artie Smith, Irene Cooper, Juanita Kissick, Alice Flowers; 4 Brothers: Ray Cantrell, Clyde "Monk" Cantrell, Willis "Shorty" Cantrell, O.C. "Dude" Cantrell.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held for Mr. James Cantrell on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 2 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston with burial to follow in the Falling Springs Cemetery in the Allred Community of Overton Co., TN. Officiating the service will be Bro. Nolan Cantrell.
