DECEASED: Mr. James Jones age 72 of Dalton, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at the Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. James Jones was born in Stinking Creek, Campbell Co., TN on October 2, 1944 to the late Charly and Lillie (Powers) Jones. He worked in the food service industry for several years.
SURVIVORS: 2 Sisters: Terisa McCarmmon of Walland, TN, Omie League of Ohio; 2 brothers: Burlin Jones of New Port, TN, Chester Jones of New Port, TN; 3 Special Nieces: Valerie Fitzgerald of Maryville, TN, Vivkie Bartczak of Dalton, GA, Stephanie McAtee of Walland, TN. A host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive.
PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents: 2 Sisters: Hazel Ledford, Geneva Reynolds; 2 Brothers: Alvin Jones, Robert Jones.
PALLBEARERS:
SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. James Jones will be held Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 1 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Honey Springs Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, April 8, 2017 starting at 11 AM until service time. Officiating will be family and friends.
