DECEASED: Mr. Jack Curtis McDonald age 71 of Livingston, TN passed away at the Livingston Regional Hospital on Sunday morning, April 6, 2014.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Jack Curtis McDonald was born in Lanhorn, PA on July 5, 1942 to the late Georgie Paul and Lurline Cleo Ledford McDonald.

SURVIVORS: 2 Sisters: Anna Grace Melton of Allons, TN Pauline McCue of Chelsie, Michigan 1 Brother: Charles McDonald of Springfield, Ohio. A host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and family and friends also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH:

PALLBEARERS: Ray Hammock, Shane Melton, Murl Melton, Charles McDonald, Lance McCue, Heather Hammock.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Graveside services for Mr. Jack Curtis McDonald will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2014 at 2 PM at the Robbins Cemetery in the Oak Grove Community in Alpine, TN burial at the Robbins Cemetery. Officiating will be Bro. Brett Gibbons.
