DECEASED:  Mrs. Lola J. Owens age 82 of Hilham, Overton Co., TN went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at her daughters home.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Lola J. Owens was born in Rickman, Overton Co., TN to the Late Thomas and Cordia (Tayes) Peek on Sunday, June 26, 1938. Lola was a member of the House of Prayer Revival Center and was a cook with the Head Start. She loved her children and family very much and put her faith in God. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends and all who knew her.

SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Mary Hunter and her husband Danny of Hilham, TN; 1 Son: Mike Owens and his wife Brenda of Rickman, TN; 4 Sisters: Claudean Tinch and her husband Raybon of Anderson, IN, Betty Key of Algood, TN, Ruby Hawkins of Algood, TN, Kathy Turner and her husband Howard of Cookeville, TN; 3 Brothers: Billy Peek and his wife LuAnn of Algood, TN, Jimmy Peek of Monterey, TN, Charles Peek and his wife Sandy of Sebastian, FL; 18 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her parents: Husband: Curtis Wade Owens; 4 Sons: Johnny Owens, Terry Owens, Ricky Owens, Robert Owens; 2 Sisters: Rosa Mae West, Sarah Peek; 5 Brothers: Elmas Peek, Edward Peek, James Peek, Kenneth Peek, Lonnie Peek; 1 Sister In-Law: Beverly Peek; 3 Brothers In-Law: Charles Key, Billy Hawkins, John West.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Lola J. Owens will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 12 Noon from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Paran Cemetery in Overton Co., TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening, September 7 ^th starting at 4 PM until 8 PM. Officiating with the services will be bro. Danny Hunter, Bro. Justin Owens.
