Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 2 PM from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home in Livingston. Burial will follow in the Jim Lottie Smith Cemetery in Monroe. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5-9 PM. Bro. Aron Dillon will be officiating.

Mr. Johnny Howard Phillips age 61 of Monroe, TN passed away at his residence on Wednesday, July 18, 2012.

Mr. Johnny Howard Phillips was born on February 22, 1951 in Detroit, MI to the late Oscar Howard and Lela (Smith) Phillips.

He is survived by: Wife: Patsy Phillips of Monroe; 4 Sons: Johnny Howard Phillips of Michigan, Bennie Phillips of Monroe, Shaun Stafford of Celina, and Christopher Phillips of Monroe; 1 Daughter: Melissa Goolsby of Cookeville; 5 Sisters: Kathy Marie Dyer, Sheila Kim Biauc'e, Karen Gaye Adragna, and Molessia Melton; 1 Brother: Rodney Phillips; and 8 Grandchildren also survive.
