DECEASED: Herbert Allen Sipe age 49 of Livingston, TN passed away at his residence on Thursday morning, July 2, 2015.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Herbert Allen Sipe was born in Cleveland, Bradley Co., TN December 15, 1965 to Patricia Miller Sipe and the late Paul Allen Sipe. Herbert was a former employee at ARC in Cookeville, TN. He was also a member of "Where God Leads" of Cookeville, TN. Herbert will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He will be fondly remembered as a fun loving man who got along with everyone. He was greatly loved by all. He enjoyed time spent with family, his church and especially his nieces and nephews.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Melinda Sipe of 19 years of Livingston, TN; Mother: Patricia Sipe of Livingston, TN; 2 Sisters: Levene Smith of Cookeville, TN, Lori Griggs of Livingston, TN; 2 Brothers: Chris Cox and wife Donna of Ocoee, TN and Tim Sipe of Livingston, TN; 1 Brother in-law: Stacy Phillips and wife Lesa; Father in-law: Mitchell Phillips; Mother in-law: Shirley Horst and husband Nelson. A host of nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral Services for Mr. Herbert Allen Sipe will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 11 AM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Muddy Pond Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, July 3, 2015 starting at 4 PM to 9 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Phillip Buck, Bro. Scott Smith, Bro. Michael Buck.
