Deceased: Mrs. Hazel G. Fugate age 86 of the Rickman Community passed away on Monday morning , May 2, 2016 at the Bethesda Health Care Center in Cookeville, TN.

Personal Info: Hazel G. Fugate was born in Byrdstown, Pickett Co., TN to the late James Halton and Lillie Logan Taylor on August 7, 1929.

Preceded in Death: In addition to her parents, Husband: Howard Fugate; 2 Brothers: Ward Taylor and James 'Pete" Taylor; 2 Sisters: Betty Marion and Dimples Cantrell.

SURVIVORS: 1 Son: Howard Steven and wife Linda Fugate; 3 Sisters: Marie Pryor, Joyce Brown, Sue Neal and her husband Terry. 1 Brother: Wayne and Brenda Taylor; 3 Grandchildren: Karri and John Wilson, Kim and Rick Misner, and Jeremy Fugate. 9 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren also survives



Services / Burial: Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at 2 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, May 7th starting at 5 PM until 9 PM. Family has chosen cremation after the service on Sunday. Officiating will be Bro. Brooks Boyd.
