DECEASED: Mrs. Norma Harper age 73 of Livingston, Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Saturday evening from the Livingston Regional Hospital.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Norma Harper was born in McDowell, Kentucky on Friday, May 13, 1949 to the late Fair and Hazel (Bolen)Thacker Hicks. Norma was a caregiver for many years and enjoyed helping people. She loved her family very much and spending time with them. Her family and friends will miss her greatly but they will carry her memory in there hearts forever.

SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Angela Moore; 4 Granddaughters: Sabrina Curd and her husband Spencer, Angela Caudill and her husband Cody, Brandi Jacobs, Kanessa Winningham and her husband Kylor; 11 great Grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends also survive.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her parents: 1 Daughter: Gina Luree Hicks Jacobs; 3 Sisters: Kathrine Russell, Mabel Sue Justice, Betty Jo Carter; 3 Brothers: Infant Jackie Thacker, Clyde Thacker, Claude Thacker.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Norma Harper on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 2 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston. Family will welcome Friday, October 14 ^th starting at 10 AM till service time. The family has chosen cremation after the services. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Chris Winningham. The family request that in lieu of flowers please make contributions towards the funeral expenses.
