PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. John Haggard Beason, Sr. was born in Monroe, Overton Co., TN on April 3, 1943 to the late Gordon Washington and Clara Jane (Garrett) Beason. He worked as a masonry in construction.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Evelyn Beason; 1 Daughter: Evelyn Marie Nowell and her husband Mark; 2 Sons: John Haggard Beason, Jr., Tony Ray Beason and his wife Tammy; 5 Sisters: Lizzie Mae Reed, Faye Taylor, Brenda Garrett, Janie Anderson, Linda Dishman; 7 Grandchildren: Cory Lynn Vaughn, Heidi Vaughn Schimpf, Kasey Ray Beason, Kalin Paul Beason, Lilly Ann Beason, Justin Dewayne Nowell, Naomi Nicole Winningham; 5 Great Grandchildren: Hudson Nowell, Maddie Nowell, Zane Winningham, Keylex Ray Beason, Keyleigh Emily Beason.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. John Haggard Beason, Sr. will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 1 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Nelson Cemetery located in Taylor Crossroads of Overton Co., TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening, December 3, 2017 starting at 6 PM to 9 PM. Br. Brett Gibbons will be officiating.
