DECEASED: Mrs. Frances H. Cobble age 73 of Cookeville passed away at Signature Healthcare of Putnam County on Sunday, September 1, 2019.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Frances H. Cobble was born in Rickman, TN to the late Owen Matthews and Mary (Cox) Matthews on March 17, 1943. She was a devoted housewife who will be greatly missed by many.

SURVIVORS: Devoted Brother in law and Sister in law: Thomas and Shirley Cobble; 2 Brothers: Leonard Matthews and wife Becky, Grady Matthews and wife Callie; Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins also survive.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Frances H. Cobble will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 10 AM in the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Zion Hill cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 5 PM to 8 PM. Officiating will be Bro. David Royalty.
