DECEASED: Mr. Cecil Glenn Bilbrey age 76 of Cookeville, TN passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Saint Thomas Highlands Hospital in Sparta.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Cecil Glenn Bilbrey was born on February 16, 1943 to the late Cecil Floyd Bilbrey and Lonie Estell Walker Bilbrey in Rickman, Overton Co., TN. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. He was an Army veteran.

SURVIVORS: 2 Sons: Bobby Bilbrey and David Glen Bilbrey; 1 Daughter: Connie Long; 2 Brothers: Maxie Bilbrey and Gerald Bilbrey; 4 Grandchildren: Brookelyn Bilbrey, Clay King, Bailey Bilbrey, Bradey Bilbrey; A host of family and friends also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents; Sister: Janious Bilbrey

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Cecil Glenn Bilbrey will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 3 PM in the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Harris Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 5 PM to 9 PM at Hall Funeral Home. Officiating will be Bro. Nolan Cantrell.
