DECEASED: Mr. David Glen Murphy age 54 of Livingston, Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Monday, November 1, 2021 at the Stone Crest Medical Center in Smyrna, Rutherford Co., TN.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. David Glen Murphy was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on Friday, July 7, 1967 to Carl Edward Murphy and the late Zula Irene (Richardson) Murphy. David was a Cook and loved his family and friends very much and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Heather Stover; Father: Carl Edward Murphy; 2 Granddaughters: Makenzie Stover, Madison Stover; 2 Grandsons: Bryson Stover, Jayden Blair; 4 Brothers: Johnnie Murphy, Alan Murphy and wife Anita, Billy Murphy and wife Linda, Ralph Murphy and wife Debbie; 2 Sisters: Marsha Savage and husband Greg, Tonya Reagan and husband Joseph; A host of nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his mother; Grandparents: Luther and Bessie Murphy, Willie and Lillie Mae Mee Richardson.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held for Mr. David Glen Murphy on Friday, November 5, 2021 at 11 AM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Okolona Cemetery in Overton Co. Family will receive friends at the funeral on Thursday evening, Nov. 4 ^th starting at 5 PM until 8 PM. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Howard Dailey.
