PERSONAL INFORMATION: Jackie Gail Lee McCarthy was born August 16, 1955 to the late Sherman E. LL and Mary E. Lee at Livingston Regional Hospital in Overton Co., TN. Jackie Gail was a mother of three and a grandma of four. She loved music, dancing, coloring, anything Indian, spending time with her grandkids, her dog Katie Lynn McCarthy, and most of all her family. She'll forever be remembered for being the rock to our family. The love that she had for her kids, grandkids, nieces, and more. She was a true hippie. She'll forever live on through all of us.

SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Wendy Massie-Mathis; 1 Son: Jason E Lee; 4 Grandchildren: Makenzie Heady, Elijah Heady, Arabella Mathis, and Amelia Lee; 1 Niece: Sue Edmonds; 1 Great Niece: Ollie Vaughn; 1 Great Nephew: Charles Vaughn, and many more loved ones.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her parents: 1 Son: Christopher Michael Lee; 1 Sister: Janice Edmonds; 1 Niece: Kristy Hayes-Edmonds, and many more loved ones.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Jackie Gail Lee-McCarthy was 66 when she left this earth. Her choice was to be cremated. She'll forever be missed.
