Services for Mrs. Helen Frances Loftis will be held Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012 at 11 AM from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home with burial to follow in the West Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday evening, Dec. 3, 2012 5PM to 9PM Officiating will be Bro. Jerry Phifer.
Mrs. Helen Frances Loftis age 63 of Rickman passed away at her residence on Sunday, December 2, 2012.
She was born in Fentress County, TN on November 7, 1949 to the late Walter and Myrtle (Garrett) Phippin.
She is survived by: 3 Sons: Robert "Bo" Loftis and wife Allison of Gulfport, MS, Steven Garrett of Crossville, TN, and Scott Garrett of Crossville, TN; 3 Sisters: Debra Dickens of Rickman, TN, Lola Finley of Cookeville, TN, and Wilma Selby of Crossville, TN; and 2 Grandchildren also survive.
