DECEASED: Mr. Johnny Floyd Thornburg age 84 of Rickman passed away at his residence on Wednesday, September 23, 2020.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Johnny Floyd Thornburg was born on Thursday, October 3, 1935 in Eupora, Mississippi to the late John Thomas Thornburg and Clara Belle (O'Bryant) Thornburg. Mr. Johnny Thornburg was a member of the Walnut Grove Church of Christ.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Sarah G. Thornburg; 1 Daughter: Karen T. Frederick; 1 Son: Wayne Thornburg and wife Lisa; 4 Grandchildren: Brian Frederick, John Colin Frederick, Casandra Panico, Lauren Thornburg; 2 Great Grandchildren: Mason Caulford and Tucker Caulford; 3 Sisters: Margaret T. Griffin, Martha T. Rogers, Sue T. Sloane; A host of family and friends also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents; 2 Sisters: Rose T. Davis and Lillian T. Geter; 1 Brother: Bill Thornburg.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Johnny Floyd Thornburg will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 11 AM in the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Forrest Hill South Memorial Gardens in Memphis, TN on Monday Sept. 28th at 2 PM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 10 AM until service time. Officiating will be Bro. Danny Staggs and Bobby Gore.
