DECEASED: Mrs. Glenda Faye Allen Gamble age 80 of the Poplar Springs Community of Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Glenda Faye Gamble was born on Sunday, March 16, 1941 to the late Herman James and Lillian (Bennett) Allen. Glenda was a member of the Poplar Springs Baptist Church. She was a very special lady who loved her family and her church family very much. She will be greatly missed.

SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Penny Gamble; 1 Granddaughter: Caitlan Watkins; 2 Sons-In-Law: Michael Green, Ted Watkins; 1 Sister: Marley Nearley and her husband Jess; 1 Sister-In-Law: Linda Slagle; A host of Nieces, Nephews, other family and friends also survive.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her parents; Husband: Erskin "Buddy" Gamble; 1 Daughter: Amy Green; 1 Sister and Brother In-Law: Pearl and Dewey Masters; 2 Sisters In-Law: Freeda Key, Mary Hesson.

PALLBEARERS: David West, Tim West, Charles West, Chris Masters, Johnny Bird, Phillip Slagle; HONORARY: Jacob Frizzell.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Glenda Faye Allen Gamble on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 2 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Poplar Springs Cemetery. Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Friday, February 11 ^th starting at 2 PM until 8 PM. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Douglas Hawkins.
