Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Saturday morning, October 23, 2021 at the Tri-star Skyline Medical Center.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Hazel Estelle Hastings was born in Hilham, Overton Co., TN on August 1, 1928 to the late Dawson and Zuia (Horner) Franklin. Hazel was a member of the Netherland Church of Christ and she was loved by her family very much and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

SURVIVORS: 2 Sons: Jerry Hastings, Phillip Hastings; 1 Daughter: Brenda Hastings; A special Granddaughter: Jeannie Bennett; 10 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren, 5 Great- Great Grandchildren along with a host of family and friends also survive.

PALLBEARERS: Lynn Burchett, Sam Hastings, James Hastings, Russell Rush, Jerry Hastings, Jr., Dale Bennett.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Graveside services for Mrs. Hazel Estelle Hastings will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at 2 PM from the Netherland Cemetery in the Rickman Community of Overton Co. with burial there in the Netherland Cemetery. The family will welcome friends at the 2 PM graveside. Officiating with the graveside service will be Bro. Mark Loftis.
