DECEASED: Mr. Jimmy Doyle Reagan age 66 of Cookeville, Putnam Co., TN passed from this life on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at the Livingston Regional Hospital.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Jimmy Doyle Reagan was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on Saturday, December 11, 1954 to Mary Reagan. Jimmy had a successful landscaping business in Cookeville for many years. He loved teaching his grandchildren and great grandchildren to hunt, fish, work on and race cars along with the many trades he had. He would dedicate many hours for them. He never met a stranger and would light up any room he entered with his huge smile with a joyous and contagious laughter. Jimmy retired from his own landscaping business in Cookeville, TN. Many simply knew him as Reagan and knew he was always fixing the next car to race and his hard dedicated working nature was known by all. He will be missed by so many family and friends alike. He was always willing to lend a helping hand.
SURVIVORS: Wife of 43 years: Jeanetta Kay (Smith) Reagan; 3 Daughters: Rachel Reagan, Tammy Colson, Pamela Buck and husband James; 3 Sons: J.R. Reagan, Richard Rinker, Robert Rinker and his wife Lana; 20 Grandchildren and 10 great Grandchildren; Mother: Mary Farley; 1 Sister: Martha Kirby and her husband James; 2 Brothers: Carl Reagan and his wife Ethel, Ricky Reagan and his wife Mary Jane; A host of nieces, nephews and family and friends also survive.
PRECEEDED IN DEATH: Stepfather, Edward Farley.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held for Mr. Jimmy Doyle Reagan on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 11 AM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Old Bethel Cemetery in the Monroe Community. The family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Friday, Oct. 1 st starting at 9 AM. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Jerry Buck.
