Services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012 at 11 AM from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home in Livingston with burial to follow in the Zion Hill Cemetery in Rickman, TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening, from 4-9 PM.

Mr. Larry Douglas Mayberry, age 59 passed away on December 16, 2012 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

He was born on May 12, 1953, in Cookeville, TN, to the late Claude and Nancy (Lewis) Mayberry. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea. He worked construction as a dry wall hanger and finisher. He was a maintenance worker at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the time of his death.

He is survived by: Wife: Patricia (Deck) Mayberry; 1 Daughter: Amber Mayberry; 4 Grandchildren: Austin, Caitlyn, Zach, and Madison Lewis; 2 Sisters: Helen Kinnard and husband Dawson and Claudean Davis and husband Richard; 1 Brother: David Mayberry and wife Carolyn; 2 Brothers-in-Law: Jim Deck and wife Marsha and Tommy Deck; 2 Sisters-in-Law: Laura Phillips and husband Dwayne and Debbie Deck; and many nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by: In addition to his parents: 1 Daughter: Amy Mayberry Lewis; 2 Grandchildren: Anthony and Blake Lewis; Father & Mother-in-Law: Tom and Geraldine Deck; 1 Sister: Mary Ann Keylon; and 1 Brother: Floyd Mayberry
