PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Doak Howard Garrett was born January 20, 1939 to the late Eli John and Sally Louann Key Garrett.
SURVIVORS: Wife: Geneva Garrett of Rickman; 1 daughter: Amy Regina Mackie of Cookeville; 1 Granddaughter: Angela Nicole Mackie of Cookeville; 1 Sister: Ellis Speck of Livingston; 1 Brother: Floyd Garrett of Rickman and a host of Family and friends.
SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Doak Howard Garrett will be held Thursday, January 21, 2016 @ 2pm from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston, TN with burial to follow in Okolona Cemetery in Overton Co., TN family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, January 21, 2016 from 10 am until time of service at 2 pm. Officiating will be Bro. Nolan Cantrell.
