DECEASED: Mrs. Dixie Nell Russell age 74 of Hilham, TN passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Dixie Nell Russell was born in Monroe, Overton Co., TN on April 2, 1942 to the late Houston and Kellie Worley Wright. Dixie was a member of the Monroe Christian Church.
SURVIVORS: Husband: Ramsey Wood Russell; 4 Sisters: Nancy jeanene Cichy, Edna L. Isbell, Etta P. Savage, Vanita Richards. A host of family and friends survive.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Dixie Nell Russell will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 11 AM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Overton Co. Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday morning, November 12, 2016 starting at 9 AM until service time at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Heart Association.
