DECEASED:  Christy Dennis Gilday, age 49, passed from this life on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:  Christy was born on February 28, 1974, at Livingston Regional Hospital.  Her parents were Fred "Peanut" Dennis and Anna "Ann" Lorene (Garrett) Dennis.  Christy was one of six girls born to Peanut and Ann.  Christy loved traveling and thrifting, but her favorite thing in the whole world was her large family.  She enjoyed family gatherings and any time she got to spend with her children.  She will be forever missed by those who knew and loved her.

SURVIVORS:  Christy was preceded in death by her father, Fred Dennis.  Survivors include her husband, Marcus J Gilday; daughter, Clare Ashlock; sons, Caleb Morgan, Austin Dennis, Jayden Wilson and Elliot Judd; four grandchildren, Dallas Ashlock, Draxton Ashlock, Dani Ashlock and Sadie Morgan; five sisters, Patricia Collins, Lisa Boles, Sheila Kirk, Marla Smith and Angie Simpson, as well as her mother, Ann Dennis.

SERVICES:  Christy had chosen cremation.  The family will receive friends at the Memorial Service which will be held on Thursday, June 29th, with visitation from 5:00 to 7:00 followed by the service.  Friends and family are welcome to come celebrate the life of this wonderful woman who left us too soon.
