DECEASED: Mrs. Jewell Dean (Carr) Bean age 80 of Cookeville passed away at Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Monday morning December 3, 2018.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Jewell Dean (Carr) Bean was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN to the late Lester Staggs and Gladys Ledbetter Staggs on May 25, 1938. She was a supervisor at a factory.

SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Lisa Carr; 3 Sisters: Georgia Irene Gibson, Opal Holsapple, Evelyn Garrett; 2 Brothers: Alvin Pryor, Larry Pryor; 2 Granddaughters: Kelly Carr, Kim Savage; 3 Great Granddaughters: Adalynn McGough, Lyla Bowman, Josslynn McGough; 1 Great Grandson: Jace Savage; A special friend Reba Nash. A host of family and friends also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: Her parents: Lester Staggs and Gladys Ledbetter Staggs;

1 Son: Ricky Carr; 2 Sisters: Lorene Carmack and Earline Wilson; 1 Brother: Edgar Pryor Jr.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Jewell Dean (Carr) Bean will be held Thursday, December 06, 2018 at 1 PM at the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Carter-Bilbrey Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 PM to 9 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 9 PM, and Thursday from 9 AM until service time at 1 PM.   Officiating will be Bro Aron Dillon and Bro Marty Carr.
