Freddie Dean Bledsoe, age 49, of Livingston, Tennessee passed from this life on Thursday, February 25, 2021. Freddie was born on August 23, 1971 in Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Dorthia (Miller) Bledsoe.
Freddie was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He had a contagious smile and a tender heart. He loved to share about how Jesus had changed his life and how much he adored his family. Freddie was enthusiastic about any kind of ice cream from Dairy Queen. He loved to watch soccer, go camping, and listen to Nickelback with Mallie. He also loved to travel and have new adventures. It brought Freddie great joy to spend time with his grandchildren. He was an employee of Cumberland Foam in Livingston.
Freddie attended Life Church in Livingston and was a Servant Leader both in the congregation and in his heart. He truly believed in "Serving Over Sitting." His favorite scripture came from 2 Corinthians 5:17 – "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new!"
He is survived by his wife, Terri Sadler Bledsoe; daughters Ashley (Wade) Paul, Malyne Copeland, and Adaline Copeland; son Drew Bledsoe; grandchildren, Alliyah Paul, Bray Mosley, Bryor Bilbrey, and Mashayla Bowman; brother, Herbert Whited; sisters Wanda Gilley, Jenny Greenwood, and Thelma Taylor; two sisters-in-law Terri Wilson Bledsoe and Ronetta Whited; a host of nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Johnny Reels.
In addition to his parents, Freddie was preceded in death by brothers Roger Whited, Kirby Whited, and Frankie Bledsoe.
Pallbearers are Johnny Reels, Drew Bledsoe, Andrew Wilson, Bill Linder, Wade Paul, Justin Bledsoe, and Austin Bledsoe.
Honorary Pallbearers are David Sadler, Sr. and David Sadler II.
The family will welcome friends on Tuesday, March 2 at 5 p.m. Brother Bud Hargis will conduct a memorial service following visitation at 7 p.m. A private burial will take place on Wednesday, March 3 at 10 a.m. at Martha Washington Cemetery in Clarkrange.
