DECEASED: Mr. David D.C. Pennington age 74 of Livingston, Overton Co., TN passed away at the Overton County Health & Rehab in Livingston, TN on Monday February 20, 2023.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. D.C. Pennington was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN to the late Dave Pennington and Vernia Pennington on Tuesday, May 13, 1947. He was married to his loving wife Pat Pennington for 44 years.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Pat Pennington; Daughter: Stacie and her husband Brian Franklin of Monroe; Granddaughter: Callie Swallows; Grandson: Jacob Swallows; His Baby: Tippy Toe; Brother: R.D. Pennington; Special PT Therapist Ian Pass, Special Nurse Courtney Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, special friends, and family also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: His parents Dave and Vernia Pennington.

PALLBEARERS: Ian Pass, Wayne Huckbee, Danny Simpson, David Nolan, Philip Randles, and Jacob Swallows.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. David D. C. Pennington will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 1PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Concord Cemetery in the Hilham, Overton Co., TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening February 22, 2023 starting at 5 PM until 9 PM. Officiating the service will be Bro. Derek Copeland.
