Personal Info: Mrs. Emma D. Stover as born on Friday, October 1, 1943 in Livingston to the late Arnold and Alba (Turner) Hoover. Mrs. Emma was the former owner of the Stover's Restaurant and loved to see each customer that walked through her door. She loved her family very much and she will be greatly missed.

Survivors: Her Husband: Joe Stover; 2 Sons: Scott Stover and his wife Patricia (Trish), John Lovelace and Candy Wurrum; 1 Grandson: Patrick Stover and his wife Hailey; 1 Sister: Kathy Phillips; A host of family and friends also survive.

Preceded in death by: In addition to her parents; 1 Son: Raymond Edward Lovelace; Sister: Jean Mather; 1 Brother: J.D. Hoover.

Pallbearers: Logan Beaty, Lynn Garrett, Brite Cooper, Donnie Phillips, Kenneth Stover, Mark Garrett.

Services / Burial: Funeral service for Mrs. Emma Stover will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 1 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Green Hill Cemetery in Alpine, Overton Co., TN. Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 4 ^th starting at 5 PM until 9 PM. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Nolan Cantrell and Bro. Timmy Ray.
