DECEASED: Mrs. Connie Sue Smith age 53 of Monterey, TN passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the Cookeville Regional Hospital.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Connie Sue Smith was born in Monterey, Putnam Co., TN on May 10, 1963 to the late Claude and Beulah Vaughn Cooper.
SURVIVORS: Daughter: Michelle Garrett and Husband Chris of Rickman, TN; 2 Brothers: Roger Cooper and Billy Cooper; 5 Sisters: Wanda Lane, Judy Dial, Vicky Presley, Dimple Kollmorgen, Debbie McCormick; A very very special friend Bobby Beaty; 2 Grandchilren: Jaxson Garrett, Jaicie Garrett.
PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her parents; 1 Sister: Sandra Beaty and an infant brother.
PALLBEARERS: William Norris, Jaxson Garrett, Dave Varner, Bailey Norris, Nick Lamb, T.J. Lamb.
SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Connie Sue Smith will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at 2 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston with burial to follow in the Welch Memorial Gardens in Monterey, TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening, October 22, 2016 starting at 6 PM until 9 PM.Officiating will be Bro. Tony Barnett and Bro. Tony Phipps.
