DECEASED: Mrs. Melissa Coffman age 56 of the Rickman Community of Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at the Saint Thomas West in Nashville, Davidson Co., TN.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Melissa Coffman was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on Friday, May 14, 1965 to the late Andrew "Spud" and Faye (Smith) Parsons. Melissa was a member of the Rickman First Freewill Baptist Church and she was a devoted wife to her husband, a loving mother to her son and   her stepchildren. Melissa will be greatly missed by her family who loved her dearly; she will never be forgotten.

SURVIVORS: Her Husband: Jeff Coffman; 1 Son: Jacob Parsons and his wife Tara; 1 Step-Son: Jeffrey Coffman; 1 Step-Daughter: Ashley Coffman; 4 Grandchildren: Brock Parsons, Myles Parsons, Maddox Bilbrey, Hallie Parsons; 2 Brothers: Greg Parsons and his wife Barbara, Scott Parsons and his girlfriend Melissa Hibbard; 5 Nephews: James Parsons and his wife Marcie, Josh Parsons and his wife Haley, Thomas Parsons and his wife Katelyn, Ridge Parsons and his wife Isabeau, Kason Parsons; 3 Nieces: Esparanza Woody and her husband Will, Jodi Parsons, Alyssa Goff; A host of Great nieces and nephews, along with a host of other family and friends also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her parents; 1 Brother: Ronald David Parsons.

PALLBEARERS: James Parsons, Heath Parsons, Josh Beaty, Thomas Parsons, Ridge Parsons, Jeffrey Coffman, Kason Parsons.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Melissa Coffman will be held on Sunday December 19, 2021 at 2 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Monroe Cemetery. Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening, December 18 ^th starting at 5 PM until 8 PM. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Eric Fox and Bro. Bobby Roberts.
