DECEASED: Mr. Rheubin Clinton Hargis age 85 of Livingston, TN passed away from this life on Thursday morning, March 1, 2018 at the Signature Healthcare in Cookeville, TN.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Rheubin Clinton Hargis was born in Crawford, TN on December 4, 1932 to the late Haskel and Letha (Looper) Hargis. Clinton and his wife run Hargis upholstery for many years. He was of the Baptist faith.

SURVIVORS: 3 Sons: Jerry Hargis, Keith Hargis, David Hargis; 1 Daughter: Sherry Meadows; 8 Grandchildren; 18 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great Great Grandchildren.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents; his wife Juanita (Bowman) Hargis.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Rheubin Clinton Hargis will be held on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at 3 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston with burial to follow in the Speck Cemetery located in the Dry Hollow Community of Overton Co. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening, March 4, 2018 starting at 5 PM until 9 PM then on Sunday, starting at 9 AM until the time of services. Officiating will be Bro. Nolan Cantrell.
