DECEASED: Mr. James Cecil Speck age 81 of Livingston passed away at his residence on Friday, December 12, 2014.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. James Cecil Speck was born in Overton County on June 5, 1933 to the late Cordell Hull and Ottis Ledbetter Speck.
Cecil was a farmer.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Joyce Speck of Livingston; 2 Sons: Mark Speck and wife Anita of Livingston and James Speck and wife Patricia of Spencer, TN.; 1 Sister; Kay Eldridge and Husband Bud of Rickman; 1 Brother: Cordell Speck, Junior and wife Jonell of the Dry Hollow Community; Brother-in Law: Dennis Looper of the Dry Community; Sister-in Law; Ina Speck of Nashville. 6 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren also survives. Grandchild: Chris Nolen. A Special thanks to Care Takers and friends: Carol Kesty, Doug and Anise Stansberry, and David Ayers.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Services for Mr. James Cecil Speck will be held 11 a.m. Monday, December 15, 2014 from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Highland Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Saturday, December 13, 2014 and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, December 14, 2014. Bro. Nolan Cantrell and Bro. Dereck Parson will be officiating.
