SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held for Mr. Cecil Barlow on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 @ 10 am from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Eckel Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 11 am to 9 pm. Officiating will be Bro. Arnold Murphy.
