DECEASED: Mrs. Carolyn Sue Phares age 65 of Byrdstown, Pickett Co., TN Passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at the Livingston Regional Hospital.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Carolyn Sue Phares was born in Jamestown, Kentucky on April 20, 1952 to the late Herlan and Elizabeth (Wilson) Neal. Carolyn was a housewife.
SURVIVORS: Daughter: Casey Nicholas of Byrdstown, TN; 1 Son: John Moles of Byrdstown, TN; 6 Brothers: Paul Neal, Larry Neal, Sammie Neal, Lonnie Neal, Shelly Neal, Kelly Neal; 5 Sisters: Linda Bell, Marchelle Dobbs, Judy Nowak, Lynn Miller, Sandy Melton; 4 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: In addition to her parents: Husband: Rick Phares; Brother: Ronnie Neal; Sister: Rita Neal; Nephew: Justin Neal.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Carolyn Sue Phares will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 10 AM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Smyrna Cemetery in Pickett Co., TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening, July 24, 2017 starting at 5 PM until 8 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Rick Cross.
