SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Judy Carol Carter will be held Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 11 AM in the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Green Hill Cemetery in Alpine, TN. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, December 18, 2020 from 6 PM until 8 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Jeff Short.
