DECEASED: Mr. Billy D. Riley age 74 of the Hardy's Chapel Community of Overton Co., TN passed away Saturday Morning, February 18, 2017 at his residence with his loving family by his side.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Billy D. Riley was born in Celina, Clay Co., TN to the late Samuel and Mary Francis Short Riley. He was a Master Machinist. He loved his family very much and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Lula Bell (Crawford) Riley; 3 Sons: David Riley and his wife Julia, Philip Riley and his wife Melinda, Dale Riley; 3 Grandchildren: Taylor Riley, Austin Riley, Morgan Riley; 1 Step-Granddaughter: Ali Tate; 1 Sister: Sue Crawford; 1 Brother: Carl Riley and his wife Shirley; 2 Sisters- in-law: Helen Riley and Marie Riley. A host of Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends also survive.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Billy D. Riley will be held Monday, February 20, 2017 at 1 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Crawford-Riley Cemetery in the Hardy's Chapel Community of Overton Co. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening, February 19, 2017 starting at 3 PM until 9 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Teston Gilpatrick, Bro. Gary Anderson.
